Check the connection cables going from the screen to your computer , ensure that all is plugged in properly and that the cable is not damaged 

When this error appears you must make sure that the hard drive with windows installed is plugged in properly , after you checked the cable restart your computer, as this error means that it is not detecting any bootable devices to run from.
